Find the part number on your tool (etched or printed on it).
Repair kit part numbers usually end in RK — for example 1192P1000RK fits the 1192P1000 torque wrench.

What's covered by warranty vs what's a repair
A manufacturing defect is covered by the lifetime warranty — that's our problem, not yours. Normal wear on a serviceable mechanism is what repair kits are for. Torque wrench servicing with recalibration is available on request.
