It's the same product
The -US ending is our internal stock code for units held at our Fort Worth, Texas warehouse. TSW53R9-US is the same 53" PRO35™ roller cabinet as TSW53R9 — same specification, same drawers, same lifetime warranty. Nothing about the product you receive is different.
Why you see it in kit contents
Our big tool kits are put together at the Fort Worth warehouse, so a kit's contents list shows the stock code of the exact chest or cabinet that ships with it. The standalone product page on tengtoolsusa.com uses the plain part number — that's where you'll find the full specs, photos and official documents.
