When you place an order with Teng Tools USA and it's shipping outside the United States, all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees are calculated automatically and included in your order total at checkout.

There are no additional customs fees, duties, or "surprise" charges to pay when your package arrives.
You don't need to fill out any customs forms, contact a broker, or take any extra steps. Just place your order as normal.
What about shipping costs?
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on your destination and shown to you at checkout before you complete your purchase — along with any applicable duties and import taxes. Promotional shipping offers (such as free shipping thresholds) apply to orders shipping within the United States only and do not apply to international orders.
Why the total may include a duties/taxes line:
Depending on your country and the value of your order, local governments may charge import duties or taxes on goods coming from abroad. Rather than having your courier collect this from you on delivery, we calculate and collect it upfront so your order is fully prepaid and clears customs without delay.
Do I need to do anything?
No — once your order is placed, it will be processed, shipped, and delivered to your address with nothing further required from you.
